Jennifer Aniston is looking good as we can clearly see from the new issue of GQ. Jennifer graces the cover of January's issue of GQ. She's wearing a necktie and nothing else as Jen talks about everything from John Mayer to Angelina Jolie. The 'oh so fine' at 39 year old former "Friends" star goes on to talk about women in Hollywood, rumours about her pregnancy, and love. Jen is working on a new movie titled "Pumas."

Oprah is reportedly upset at herself after recognizing her recent weight gain. The almost billion dollar woman admitted to tipping the scales at 200 pounds! "I'm embarassed...I can't believe that after all these years, all the things I know how to do, I'm still talking about my weight" says Oprah, in an excerpt from her O Magazine's January issue. She was 160 pounds at her lower weight, and is blaming her out of balance thyroid among other issues as reasons for the weight gain. The new issue of O hits newstands next week.

Macaulay Culkin's sister, Dakota, was killed in a tragic traffic accident this week. The accident took place in West Los Angeles on Tuesday night. She was hit by a car as she stepped out into the street in West LA. Dakota was rushed to UCLA hospital with massive head trauma and eventually succumbed to her injuries the following day. The driver of the car remained on scene and cooperated with authorities. Pics on TMZ clearly show the couple in the car were extremely distraught. Dakota was 29 years old, 1 year older than her famous actor-brother Macaulay. "This is a terrible accident," said the actor's rep. "We ask that the media respect the family's privacy during this difficult time."

Kate Walsh has officially called it splitsville with her hubby, Alex Young. The Private Practice actress married the production co-president of 20th Century Fox in September of 2007. Alex Young's petition for divorce stated irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. What's eerie about this one is that Kate's relationship had seemed to have 'the shakes' when she appeared on an Ellen episode right after she was married talking about her relationship with Young. Walsh said "There was this kind of funny moment, after we were like we're married and all of the hoopla was over and we were like, 'What do we do now?' " She went on to say "We're married. Alright, I guess we just live and love and learn from each other." Like we didn't see this coming, right?

Usher and his wife Tameka have welcomed another addition to their family. Usher's rep confirmed that the couple had a baby boy on Wednesday. "Usher and Tameka Raymond welcomed their second son, Naviyd Ely Raymond, on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2:33 am weighing 5lbs., 13oz," says the rep. Usher and Tameka have another son, Usher Raymond V, who's 1.

QWICK HITZ - DMX...again?!?, Leno Lives, Drescher's District

For the "we can't keep track of the real number of times," DMX was arrested again. There was a warrant out, again, for DMX based on him missing a court date last week in Phoenix. He was found in super producer Scott Storch's home in Florida. There was a $5000 reward for information regarding the rapper and a woman in Georgia took advantage of the reward according to police sources. Local police a day earlier went to a local rehab facility in Florida where DMX was reported to be, but couldn't confirm his attendance at the clinic because of Patient/Doctor confidentiality laws. The sheriff wasn't happy with that, so he called the feds who apprehended DMX without incident at Storch's Palm Island home. I know, who cares...

So we all heard that Conan O'Brien will take Jay Leno's place in 2009 when Leno leaves the Tonight Show...but fans will still get their fill of Jay's jokes. NBC announced today that Leno will be hosting a comedy/talk show starting at 10pm in the fall of '09. The show will carry on with Leno's regular bits such as "Headlines" and "Jaywalking," but expect some surprises. Leno says "Expect some changes such as a little more topical stuff and news makers."

In the "WTF" news of the day we have Fran Drescher, formally "The Nanny", has officially thrown her hat into the political ring. Fran would like to vie for Hillary Clinton's old job as US Senator for New York! If you were like me I didn't think her Queens accent would be enough for the gig, but Fran has done her share of politicing. The 51 year old actress is a cancer survivor and has been appointed to a U.S. State Department envoy program to speak on health issues. So what's her chances? Well if we look at former actors that have made that transition we can cite names like California Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger and former President Ronald Reagan. But she does have competition. Also reportedly up for the job are former President John F. Kennedy's daughter Caroline, NY General Attorney Andrew Cuomo, and former President Bill Clinton.

QWICK HITZ - Balfour Arrested in Hudson Murders, M-Rod Houseshopping?, Burress Busted!

William Balfour, who is Jennifer Hudson's brother-in-law, was arrested in the murder of Jennifer's mother, brother, and nephew. Balfour's lawyer still upholds that Balfour did not commit these crimes. Balfour is seperated from Jennifer's sister Julia. He was originally arrested for possibly violating probation when he was charged with the murders. Balfour's next visit to the courts is on Wednesday at a bond hearing in Chicago.

And onto the most talked about kinda-affair-kinda-not-now-turned-into-relationship relationship on the planet. Madonna and Alex Rodriguez are shopping for a new love nest now that they have both ditched their spouses. They are keeping the shopping on a downlow, but word is they are looking in NY for their new crib. Both of their reps are denying the hunt, but the spys have been on these two ever since the rumours started. Just to add fuel to the house hunting talk; A-Rod has dropped the selling price of his old house, that he shared with ex-wife Cynthia, from $14million to $10million (I guess a discount?!?). And these two sure aren't hiding their "friendship," they just spent Thanksgiving together in Miami and the remainder of the weekend in Mexico.

NY Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress just had his season ended. The 31-year old superstar was arrested Dec. 1 on two counts of illegal firearms after shooting himself by accidently (dumbass alert!!!) after a night at a nightclub in New York's Latin Quarter district. Plaxico had an illegal firearm that was fully loaded when entering the VIP area of the club when it went off. After an initial appearance in court yesterday, the judge set bail at $100,000 and ordered another hearing on March 31. The NY Giants have formally suspended Burress for the remainder of the season citing "conduct detrimental to the team." Ultimate sentence in this one would be three and a half years!!! I guess Burress will have a lot of time to reminisce about catching the game winning touchdown in last year's Superbowl to catching a sentence this year!!!

QWICK HITZ - Bill's Babe Was Flavor'd?, Morgan Freeman OK, More From Mary On Heath

The buzz begins with Morgan Freeman today. He was in a serious car accident on Sunday night. Freeman was driving in Tallahatchie County (Tennessee) when the accident occurred. The scariest part was that Morgan had to be freed using the jaws of life, making the speculation around his injuries spiral out of control. His rep Donna Lee said "He has a broken arm, broken elbow and minor shoulder damage but he is in good spirits." Freeman is scheduled for surgery today and is looking forward to a full recovery. Freeman just finished a stint as "Lucious Fox" in the Dark Knight movie.

And in more Dark Knight related news, investigators apparently wanted to know more from Mary-Kate Olsen about the death of Heath Ledger. The word is that federal investigators are quite interested in knowing how Heath obtained the druges he eventually overdosed on in his NY home. An attorney for Mary-Kate made a statement to the public denying any knowledge on Olsen's behalf in regards to knowing about the drugs. A report has also been released stating that Olsen, 22, wants immunity from prosecution before she will cooperate any further with federal investigators! And we thought drama was just in the movies.

But forget about the movies, let's talk TV. TV Guide released it's list of top paid TV actors and actresses, and CBS has just become the most popular place to work. Taking top honours for male actors was Charlie Sheen who is reported to make approximately $825,000 per episode on the hit comedy "Two and a Half Men." Go figure that there around 23 episodes, and you are looking at a $20 million dollar man! One of Charlies CBS counterparts, William Peterson who plays Grissom on CSI, came in at the second spot making $600,000 per episode.

Talk about poetic justice, who heard about Bill O'Reilly's wife and the fact that she once dated Flavor Flav back in the day!!! That's right, Flavor Flav was rumoured to have dated Maureen McPhilmy. Maureen has been married to Bill for about 13 years and has also been linked to a Kennedy in the past. This has to be the reason that Bill is such an ass all the time towards hip hop, because Flav had a piece of his ex's ass!

QWICK HITZ - R Kelly Acquitted, Tim Russert Dies, Katherine's Crazy?

R Kelly was found NOT guilty on child pornography charges in a Cook County court on Friday. This is a stunning verdict for many that have been watching this mess go down for the last 6 years! Ultimately the jury voted 10-2 in favor of the not guilty nod. During the trial Kelly and the underage girl in the video both claimed that it wasn't them in the video, while the prosecution's star witness claimed she was involved in sex acts with both of them. After the trial some of the jurors said they believed it was Kelly in the tape but the group could not come to a solid conclusion in the courtroom. WTF?

Tim Russert died of a heart attack yesterday at the age of 58. Tim was well known for his intense questioning as a reporter for NBC's Meet The Press. He was a news staple on Sunday mornings where he would grill your favorite politician or political pundit. Tim experienced the heart attack while recording voice overs for the show.

Has Katherine gone crazy? You have all probably heard by now the uproar that was caused when Katherin Heigl, otherwise known as Dr. Izzie Stevens on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, said she was pulling herself out of consideration for an Emmy this year. Her reason? Well she didn't believe in the material that was given by the writers. She even went as far as to say "I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination." Heigl went on to say "In addition, I did not want to potentially take away an opportunity from an actress who was given such materials." The irony of it all is it might be a good move on Katherine's part. The next day after she made the statement her publicist announced that Heigl will star in and produce a big screen movie later this year. Some see this as the first stepping stones off the "Grey's Anatomy" bus and onto the silver screen.

QWICK HITZ - Matt's Making Babies, Sienna Getting Hitched?

Matt Damon's empire is getting bigger, and by empire we mean his family! Matt and his wife Luciana are expecting another baby in the not so distant future. "They couldn't be happier. They're so excited!!!" is how Matt's PR rep Jennifer Allen puts it. Matt, 37, and his wife, 32, are expecting their 3rd child. Their first daughter Isabella was born in June 2006, and Luciana has a 9 year old daughter Alexis from a previous message. Matt is currently shooting a movie in Morocco called Green Zone, and rumours are swirling that there may just be another 'Bourne' installment in the works!

Wedding Bells are going to be ringing for Sienna Miller this summer. Seems that after a couple of attempts actor Rhys Ifans' finally got a 'yes' to his marriage proposal. Plans are that the two get hitched in a low-key ceremony this summer. Guests include the likes of Kate Moss, Kiera Knightley, and Oasis star Noel Gallagher. The couple wants to tie the knot prior to Rhys launching his music career with his band The Peth.

Heath Ledger's will has been published and questions have been flying around about who included and who he did not. Heath did draft up a will before his role in 'Brokeback Mountain'. In it whe left all of his possessions to his parent and sister according to reports from New York's Daily News. He filed a 3 page will in Australia back in 2003. This was before his relationship with Brokeback co-star Michelle Williams and the consequent birth of their daughter, Matilda Rose. They weren't included and everyone was wondering what would happen to the two. Well the Ledger family spoke about the questions, and reassured everyone that Michelle and Matilda were a part of the family and would be very well taken care of. And what was in Heath's will you may ask? The documents revealed that Ledger had less than $145,000 in assets. Some was in cash, trust funds, $20,000 in furniture and fixings, as well as a $25,000 Toyota Prius. The majority of the assets were in Australian properties and some real estate in New York, however these items and their worth were not covered in the will.

Amy Winehouse has finally booked herself into a rehab facility just days after the 'infamous' video showing her sucking back on a crackpipe! Universal Music Group released a statement concerning the rehab visit. "Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors." They went on to say "She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction and prepare for her planned appearance at the Grammy Awards." She has been nominated for 6 awards that night, however speculation up to this point was that she would be a no-show. According to the label she is still planning to attend the Grammy's, but will not attend the NRJ Awards taking place in France this Saturday. I guess we can say 'she's gonna go to rehab, and I say Ya/Ya/Ya!' (Sorry, had to fit that in!)

We know that Scarlett Johansson is a fantastic actress with the looks of a goddess, but now you can add musical artist to her credits. Scarlett will be releasing her debut album titled "Anywhere I Lay My Head" on May 20. The album will feature 10 covers of various Tom Waits songs. She has also put some original content on there as well. It may be brand new news to some fans, but the singing signs have been around for a while. Remember "Lost in Translation?" She sang The Pretenders' "Brass in Pocket," and performed on stage with Jesus and Mary Chain last year at the Coachella Music Festival.

QWICK HITZ - Amy Crackhouse, Heath Ledger Dies At 28

The blogs are buzzing with new video of troubled singer Amy Winehouse and video that has surfaced showing her smoking crack cocaine!!! We got the video and according to the camera timer it was shot last Friday. In the very disturbing video you can see the type of lifestyle that Amy is living, and the way her home is kept. The video takes place in her East London home and was shot at a house party she was having. The blond haired crack fiend is shown sucking back on a crack pipe and apparently not caring who was watching. Sources at the party said the crack smoking took place after she participated in a buffet of drugs including ecstasy and Valium. This video is so bad that most that are covering the story are also adding prophecies on when Amy Winehouse will collapse and die due to her drug habit. But don't let me be the one to explain it to you, take a look for yourself!!!

And in some stunning news, Heath Ledger was found dead today in one of his NY homes. He was found dead this afternoon by a housekeeper at his Soho residence. TMZ has reported that prescription pills were found in the home, and that Law Enforcement has not deemed this a crime. According to NYPD a masseuse arrived at Ledger's apartment and was let in by the housekeeper. When Heath didn't answer the knock at the bedroom door, the housekeeper went in and made the grim discovery. Heath was 28 years old and had a 2 year old daughter. His stock was definitely on the rise in Hollywood. After his breakthrough role in Brokeback Mountain he gained much noteriety and critical acclaim. He is also playing the Joker in the new Batman film.

Although he didn't have the dramatic flair that his alter ego Jack Bauer would have had, but Keifer is free! Kiefer was released just after midnight from the Glendale City Jail after serving 48 days in the slammer. Kiefer was serving time for a second DUI conviction he received late last year. So how did Mr. Sutherland pass his time while in the big house? He was doing laundry duty during his time behind bars, wonder if that will earn him new endorsement opportunities? Can anyone say Mr. Clean?

Who the hell is Adnan Ghalib anyways? Well he's the slimy paparazzi photog who's been seen with Britney Spears everywhere she's gone since last year. Well apparently Britney finally seemed to have come to whatever senses she has left, and split from the creep. It doesn't end there either. She has allegedly filed a restraining order against him. Word is she feels taken advantage of because Ghalib was using their relationship as picture opportunities for the pap agency he works for. But of course Brit is Brit, so there had to be a sprinkle of drama mixed in. She apparently got back at Adnan by inviting two photographers from a rival agency over to her house for a party!!! When they arrived, ready to take pics of course, Britney's manager Sam Lufti showed the restraining order against Adnan. When one of the photog's were asked about how the night went he answered "We had fun. Britney was funny, very relaxed, dancing a little bit and she carried her little dog all the time. Sam was telling us not to worry about Adnan because they have filed a restraining order against him." Adnan replied in a statement claiming he knows nothing about the restraining order, and has been out of town at a funeral. I'm sure we have not heard the last of this one!

The Sundance festival is live and kicking in Utah, and so are some of the stars!!! The buzz around town has to do with Colin Farrell and Mary Kate Olsen? That's right. Colin is in town to promote the premiere of his new film "In Bruges." In an afterparty at the Lift Bar, Colin was seen trying to snuggle up to the 21 year old starlet. One source said "Colin was clearly taken with Mary-Kate."

Aight folks, it's been a while but we are back in the offices of All Thingz Magazine and ready to get back to work. First off let's talk about Beyonce and her international appeal. How international you may ask? How about Bollywood? That's right, Bollywood has called and Beyonce has answered. As some of you may know she performed to a sold out crowd (rumours are there were more people outside the stadium than packed in it!!!) in the city of Mumbai in December. Now she's ready to make another connection with Bollywood by taking a part in a film produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The movie titled "Kabakht Ishq" will also have a cameo appearance by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. The movie will be shot in LA and will be directed by Sabir Khan.

Matthew McConaughey is going to be a daddy. Matthew has made the move from babes to baby according to the rumour mill for a while. He recently moved out of his trailer to a Malibu home sparking the baby rumours a while ago. Well know it's official. The actor and his girlfriend, Brazilian model Camila Alves, are expecting a baby and Matthew couldn't be more excited. He expressed his elation through his online journal. "My girlfriend Camila and I made a baby together. It's 3 months growin in her womb and all looks healthy and lively so far. We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child, being a mother and a father and shepherding him or her through this life." McConaughey just finished wrapping up the film "Fool's Gold" which is slated for release in February.

Conan O'Brien takes an official step towards his 2009 takeover of Jay Leno's Tonight Show. He just bought a $10.5 million dollar crib in Brentwood, California. It's a New England style home will all the fixings. A total of six bedrooms, a gated compound, screening room, pool, spa and library are just some of the sweet features of the home. Conan currently hosts 'Late Night with Conan O'Brien.'

Quentin Tarentino is planning to do a remake of the sexploitation classic 'Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill!'. The shocking part is in who he wants to cast for the movie as a stripper. Britney Spears! That's right. And it doesn't end there. The movie is based around three strippers and you wouldn't believe who he else he wants. Quentin said "It would be great to do a remake, and casting would be easy. Top of my hit list would be Kim Kardashian and Eva Mendes. And you know waht, I think Britney Spears could really work in this film. I'd love to get her involved." Trust me folks, we couldn't make this up!

And just in time to cure your 'Hollywood Writer' blues, Lost has released a trailer for the upcoming season. Fans have been waiting since the amazing Season 3 ending aired in spring of last year. The trailer has been popping up of late, and if the show lives up to the trailer then we have a very interesting Season 4 to look forward to. The producers of the show were able to tape 8 episodes prior to the strike taking a strangle hold on all of your fave shows. The new season of 'Lost' will kick off on January 31 and internet sites are buzzing with anticipation, and spoilers so watch out! Babies seemed to be the big talk over the last couple of weeks with various starlets. Firstly Britney Spears' younger sister Jamie Lynn made news last week with her pregnancy announcement. The 16 year old star of Nickleodeon's 'Zoey 101' confirmed that she is about 12 weeks pregnant with her longtime boyfriend Casey Aldridge's baby. "It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected. I was in complete and total shock," said Jamie to OK! Magazine. The kicker with this story is how much OK! apparently will be paying Jamie Lynn for the scoop. It's been reported that OK! will be giving Jamie Lynn a cool $1,000,000 when the baby is born. Wonder how much OK! will give Jamie Lynn if she has twins? Another bomb dropper was Jessica Alba when she announced her pregnancy last week. She is ready to have her first child with her on-again-off-again boyfriend Cash Warren. Jessica will have to put her summer Broadway plans on hold for her pregnancy. Luckily her new bundle of joy did not put a hamper on her recent filming of 'The Love Guru' with Mike Myers.

Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter formally announced his plans to leave his post as president of Def Jam by the end of this year. Jay has been president for the last 3 years with the mega hip-hop and r&b label, spawning the careers of Neyo and Rihanna along the way. Jay Z held a press conference yesterday advising the media of his decision. He will still have his imprint "Roc-A-Fella" records through the Def Jam label, and will still executive produce his acts such as Kanye West. Antonio "LA" Reid, chairman and CEO of Island Def Jam Music Group, said the label regrets Carter's decision to move on. "While he will continue to be one of our signature artists, he wil nonetheless be missed in this executive capacity," Reid said in a statement. With his ventures in everything from the NJ Nets to his newly acquired Manhattan hotel, something tells us that Mr. Carter will have more than enough on his hands to keep him busy for a long while!

Former 'Lost' star Michelle Rodriguez reported to jail Sunday in Lynwood, California. This is the same jail that housed Paris Hilton during her DUI debacle. She will be spending her Christmas in jail for violating her probation in a DUI case. Michelle was officially sentenced after admitting in court that she drank three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device and failing to complete her community service. Talk about being 'Lost.'

Sacha Baron Cohen says it's time to retire his alter ego's Borat and Ali G! Acting as himself in a very rare interview Sacha said it was a painful decision to move forward without the familiar characters. Ultimately the characters weren't working in the same capacity as when Sasha introduced them years ago because of how familiar they are to the general public. So what do you do when you retire two of the greatest satirical characters on TV and film? Well Sacha is living in LA with his beautiful wife Isla Fisher, and has his hands in diapers with his newborn daughter Olive. He is also currently in a musical with Johnny Depp called 'Sweeney Todd.' But don't fret Sacha fans, he does have another trick up his sleeve.
